Dubai, United Arab Emirates; 30 October 2025: The story continues as Marsa Boulevard, Dubai Creek’s popular lifestyle destination, prepares to welcome back visitors for Season 2, set within a larger, reimagined waterfront space. Following the success of its inaugural season, the new edition features fresh experiences, new culinary expressions, and meaningful community moments.
Building on last season’s mix of culinary favourites and boutique retail concepts, Marsa Boulevard returns with more vibrant offerings. The destination continues to celebrate the rich cultural legacy of the Creek, bringing together food, wellness, fashion, and creative expression that reflect Dubai’s evolving cultural identity.
This season marks a new chapter for Marsa Boulevard. The destination returns with renewed energy, refreshed design and an expanded programme, presenting even more opportunities for discovery, inspiration, and shared experiences. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a space where tradition meets innovation.
As the cooler months set in, Marsa Boulevard will transform into a lively open-air destination, inviting residents and tourists to connect against the picturesque backdrop of Dubai Creek. From family-friendly weekends with activities for all ages to fashion and cultural activations, from imaginative culinary pop-ups and artful installations, every visit promises a new story to enjoy.
Throughout the season, visitors can engage with creative touchpoints across the promenade – from flowing fabric and mirror installations to dreamy projections, a Marsa Merch pop-up, interactive phonebooth, and the banner-drop and raffle box experiences – all designed to sustain the destination’s vibrant energy. Seasonal festivities will strengthen the sense of togetherness, while Studio 152, a unique waterfront multi-purpose space designed to host a series of experiential activations, will be a key destination for designers, creatives, fashion professionals and likeminded audiences.
Food lovers can look forward to exciting new dining options, including Carousel – an exclusive new concept featuring a rotating lineup of renowned regional and international chefs offering a fresh culinary journey – and WatchHouse, marking the acclaimed London-born coffee house’s debut in the UAE. The new arrivals join The Grotto, Nablus, Knot, Caia, Kurasu x Temple Creamery, Flat 12, TORI x Around The Block, Cocolily, Curly House, Lune, and FYND, enriching the lineup of crowd favourites such as The Charm Bar, Home Bakery, Sadeem, Blu Pizzeriá, Mara Lounge, Lost in Tokyo, and TRIO.
Marsa Boulevard is now open, welcoming visitors to explore its refreshed experiences, diverse culinary offerings, and revitalised community spirit along the Creek. For more information and a full list of experiences, visit the Marsa Boulevard Instagram page.
