Dubai Festival City Mall welcomes Season 4 of Festival Bay with a new line-up of dining and entertainment experiences
Dubai, United Arab Emirates; 19 October 2026: A new season is taking shape at Festival Bay, as Dubai Festival City Mall brings together a refreshed mix of dining, nightlife, live entertainment and winter programming along the waterfront. PLUMA Circus Spectacular, Helipad by Frozen Cherry, Sayf and The Bay by Social are some of the key highlights throughout the season, followed by DXB Winter Festival coming to the destination this December, creating a varied line-up of experiences for visitors throughout Dubai’s cooler months.
- PLUMA Circus Spectacular | Opened 30 September
PLUMA Circus Spectacular by Cirque du Liban returns to Dubai Festival City Mall on the 30th of December under the theme A world where we all fly.Staged inside the Circus Tent, the family-friendly production combines aerial acrobatics, daring stunts, choreography, music and visual effects within an immersive live show designed for audiences of all ages.
- Helipad by Frozen Cherry | Opened 9 October
Helipad by Frozen Cherry adds a new open-air nightlife and dining experience to Festival Bay. Inspired by Beirut’s Frozen Cherry concept, the venue brings together sunset views over Dubai Creek, dining, cocktails, music-led evenings and late-night programming in an elevated rooftop-style setting.
- Sayf | Opening 15 October
Sayf returns to Dubai Festival City Mall with its signature blend of Beirut nightlife energy and Dubai’s waterfront setting. The open-air venue combines live entertainment, music and performances with an international dining offering, creating a late-night destination centred around atmosphere, food and social experiences.
- Bay by Social | Opening 23 October
Bay by Social returns to Festival Bay for another season, bringing together food, shopping and entertainment by the waterfront. Over time, the concept has become an established part of Festival Bay’s seasonal offering, known for its mix of F&B brands, retail pop-ups, family activities and live programming. This season will introduce a new rotation of concepts and events, giving visitors fresh reasons to return throughout the cooler months.
- DXB Winter Festival | Opening 1 December – 10th January 2027
DXB Winter Festival will transform Dubai Festival City Mall into a large-scale festive destination for the season, bringing together Christmas-market style shopping, food, family entertainment and live programming along the waterfront. Visitors can explore stalls from independent makers, festive food concepts and open-air cafés, alongside a funfair, Santa’s Grotto, creative workshops, live performances and festive parades. A changing programme will build around UAE National Day, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, giving families and visitors new reasons to return throughout December and into January.
As Festival Bay moves into its fourth season, the focus remains on creating a destination that feels relevant beyond a single visit, whether visitors are coming for dinner, entertainment or simply time by the waterfront.
